If the lmagewriter malfunctions and you are not able to
discern the cause or trouble, check to see that th e Mac is
se nding the proper inform a tion. To do this, first in su re that the
cables are securely plugg ed into th e backs of both units. If ther e
is
no problem with the cables, check the character set as de s-
cribed above. If the printer operates normall y, the problem
ma y be with the Mac 's sof twar e. Otherwise take the printer to
an authorized Apple representative.
Some Additional Hints
Most computers feature a special set of commands which
control the operation of the unit. The Mac is very limited in
