Throttle control (02_15, 02_16)
The empty travel of the throttle grip
should be 2 - 3 mm (0.079 - 0.118 in),
measured at the throttle trim.
Otherwise:
•
Rest the vehicle on its stand.
•
Remove the protection casing
(1).
•
Loosen the lock nut (2).
•
Turn the set screw (3) so as to
obtain the specified value.
•
After adjustment, tighten the
lock nut (2) and check the empty
travel again.
•
Refit the protection casing (1).
CAUTION
AFTER COMPLETING THE ADJUST-
MENT, CHECK THAT THE HANDLE-
BAR ROTATION DOES NOT ALTER
THE ENGINE IDLE SPEED AND THAT
THE THROTTLE GRIP HOMES
SMOOTHLY AND AUTOMATICALLY
ONCE RELEASED.
Gashendel (02_15, 02_16)
De lege loop van het gashandvat moet 2
- 3 mm (0.079 - 0.118 in) bedragen, en
wordt gemeten op de rand van het gas-
handvat zelf.
In het omgekeerde geval:
•
Plaats het voertuig op de stan-
daard.
•
Verwijder de beschermingskap
(1).
•
Los de tegenmoer (2).
•
Draai aan het register (3) zodat
de voorgeschreven waarde
wordt hersteld.
•
Na de regeling sluit men de te-
genmoer (2) en controleert men
de lege loop weer.
•
Herplaats de beschermingskap
(1).
LET OP
NADAT MEN DE REGELING HEEFT
UITGEVOERD, CONTROLEERT MEN
OF DE ROTATIE VAN HET STUUR HET
REGIME VAN HET MINIMUM TOEREN-
TAL VAN DE MOTOR NIET WIJZIGT,
EN OF HET GASHANDVAT, EENS HET
WORDT LOSGELATEN, ZACHTJES
EN AUTOMATISCH TERUGKEERT
NAAR DE RUSTPOSITIE.
