What to do if the ARC 200 Welding System's welding current is not stable?
    • L
      Lisa ThomasAug 10, 2025
If the welding current is unstable, it might be due to a damaged welding current adjustment potentiometer, a faulty main control board, or a bad connection within the welding machine. You should check these components and replace them if necessary.

What to do if the ARC 200's welding current is not adjustable?
    • N
      Nancy WaltersAug 15, 2025
If the welding current cannot be adjusted, the issue may stem from a damaged welding current adjustment potentiometer or a faulty main control board. Inspect these components and replace them as needed.

Why does the circuit breaker trip while welding with the ARC Welding System?
    • J
      James NealAug 22, 2025
The circuit breaker may trip while welding because of damaged components such as the MOSFET, output diode module, or a damaged pulse drive board, or the input rectifier bridge. Check and replace any damaged components. If the MOSFET is damaged, check if resistor (10?, 3K?), and voltage regulator tube (IN4148, 3V) are damaged.

What to do if the power on indicator lights up, but not Protection on LED, and there is no output on my ARC Welding System?
    • M
      Michael ThorntonAug 27, 2025
If the power indicator is on, but the protection LED isn't, and there's no output, it could be due to over-current protection, a poor connection of the ground cable to the workpiece, or a damaged upper layer board. Turn off the machine and turn it on again after 1 minute. Also, check the connection of the ground cable. If the issue persists, consider replacing the upper layer board.

How to troubleshoot if the power on indicator does not light up on my ARC 200 Welding System?
    • J
      Joshua HoustonSep 2, 2025
If the power indicator doesn't light up, the fan doesn't run, and there's no output when you switch on the machine, it could be due to a damaged circuit breaker, no electricity on the grid, or a short circuit in the power supply cable. Check the circuit breaker and fan, verify the power supply on the grid, and inspect the connection of the power supply cable.
