Fan keeps running when the door is
open.
The fan may keep running when the door of
the freezer is open.
The wireless network indicator blinks
continuously.
• If wireless connection cannot be
established or if the current connection
is lost, this indicator will flash
continuously; check the modem/
connection settings.
• The blinking of the wireless icon is not
a factor affecting the cooling of the
product, so it does not affect the cooling
performance of the product.
I am having trouble entering the
product code during installation.
• The product code requested during
installation can be found on the inner
side wall of the refrigerator or under the
crisper drawer. The product code is a
10-digit number starting with ‘7’.
I’m having trouble establishing a
connection with the refrigerator.
• The Location Access and Bluetooth
features of your mobile device must be
turned on during the installation.
• Do not establish any connection until
you press the Wi-Fi icon for a long time
and make sure the icon blinks at 0.5 s
intervals.
• If the aforementioned items are
fine, make sure you have an internet
connection.
