Problems Solutions
Jukebox FM Recorder Hard Disk
is not recognized after USB
drivers are installed on PC
- Make sure to restart your computer
Jukebox FM Recorder Hard Disk
is not recognized after USB
drivers are installed on MAC
- The mass storage drive of the Jukebox FM does not
work with MacOS 8 and lower.
- Restart your Mac with Jukebox FM not connected to
it. Once running, connect Jukebox FM to a USB 2.0
port (not through a hub).
Error Light (red) is on :
- Read error from hard disk usually due to insufficient
power from batteries: recharge batteries using
included power adaptor.
Jukebox will not turn on or will
not play :
- Recharge the Jukebox using Only ARCHOS
included power adaptor.
- Check Battery Level on LCD.
- Jukebox play features are disabled when USB cable
is connected
- Check to make sure that the battery trap door on the
top of the Jukebox FM is securely in place
- HOLD mode is on. Turn off HOLD (long press on
“ON” button).
I made a Playlist with MusicMatch
but I can not find or play the
Playlist:
- Make sure the Playlist is saved on the Jukebox
drive or manually copy the Playlist to the
Jukebox. The default location of Playlist is
located at : C:\ProgramFiles\MusicMatch\MusicMatch
Jukebox\Playlist\Default
Computer Locks up : - Make sure to stop accessing the Jukebox before
disconnecting the USB cable.
- Never remove the mini- USB connector or the power
jack from the Jukebox before removing your Jukebox
from your computer’s USB port.
