Troubleshooting
Camera is not powering on/front network indicator not on:
1. Please ensure the camera is fully charged.
2. Try charging it and pressing the power key on the camera body side for 5 seconds
to start the Camera.
Failed to scan the QR code from Arenti APP:
1. Remove the film from the Camera Lens.
2. Keep distance 10-15 cm (4-6 inch) between the camera and mobile phone.
3. Confirm the camera indicator is red flashing slowly.
4. Click the Power key to wake up the camera.
Failed to connect Wi-Fi:
1. Confirm that scan QR code is successful: After scanning the camera has the prompt
sound, and network indicator turns to red fast flashing.
2. Make sure input correct Wi-Fi password, the Wi-Fi password you set not contain
special characters such as =\;.
3. Make sure the Wi-Fi band meets the network requirement of camera that camera
only supports 2.4GHz.
4. Confirm camera is near the Wi-Fi router.
If there doesnt work, please share the Wi-Fi router setting screenshot and camera
SN (Find on camera body) to support@arenti.com to get help.
Charge camera:
Fully charge it before mounting the doorbell at your front door.
Charge indicator
Constant red: camera in charging
Constant blue: camera is fully charged
Charging time (5V/1A)
10 hours from 1% - 100%
Installation
Find a position where you can get the desired field of view.
Consider the below factors:
1. Avoid direct sunlight.
2. Keep it in range of your router Wi-Fi.
3. Avoid the front of the lens facing the pant or porch light; Avoid facing a busy road.
4. Place it 2-3 meters (79-118 inch) above the ground close enough to see
someones face and talk to them through the camera. Make sure that the camera
can see what you want to see.
