The rider assumes all liability for any injury when not wearing a helmet or other protective
devices. The rider is obliged to comply with current local regulations in relation to the
minimum age permitted for riders, restrictions on the type of rider who is permitted to use
the item, the use of the item itself prior to using it and ensuring that current local regulations
are observed.
The rider is further obliged to keep the product clean and in a proper state regarding
eectiveness and maintenance, to duly carry out safety checks for which they are
responsible, as described in previous sections, and to keep all documentation relating to the
maintenance of the item.
In the event of item malfunction due to causes not attributable to inappropriate rider
behaviour or a consultation of the general terms of the warranty, contact your dealer or
consult the service centre on the www.argentobike.com website.
MT Distribution is not liable for damages caused and is in no way responsible for damages
caused to property or persons when:
- the item is used incorrectly or in a manner that does not comply with the instructions of
the user guide;
- after the purchase, the item is modified or tampered with in all or some of its components.
