Tire gauge, adjustable wrench or open-end wrenches:
7/16", 1/2" and 3/4".
PACKAGE CONTENTS
PREPARATION
Install Handlebar
Install Forward Clutch Cable
NOTE:
The forward clutch cable exits right side of belt
guard.
1. Remove nut from cable end and install the cable
into the outside hole of the mounting bracket on
the handlebar.
2. Replace the nut onto the cable end. Do not
tighten until cable adjustments have been made.
3. Slide rubber cap onto threaded rod.
4. Install cable eye to the bail stop bracket with .25"
x .75" bolt, flanged bushing and locknut.
5. Adjust cable. See
Service and Adjustments.

2. Position handlebars in a safe, comfortable height.
Insert bolts to hold position.
1. Install handlebars to upper
portion of bracket using .38"
hardware. Do not tighten.
3. Place washers and nuts on bolts
inserted in step 2. Tighten all
hardware.
