Why no steam comes out of my ARIETE STEAM MOP?

  If no steam comes out of the ARIETE Steam Cleaner nozzle, first, ensure you press the pump activation button (B). If that doesn't work, the appliance may not be ready; switch it on, wait 30 seconds, and then activate the pump. Also, check if the water tank is short of water and fill it to the MAX level. Make sure that the tank is correctly inserted in its seat. If the problem persists, the steam exit holes may be blocked by limescale, in this case contact an Authorised Service Centre.

  If you notice an unexpected increase in the noise level of the ARIETE Steam Cleaner pump, it could be due to a water shortage in the tank. Turn off the appliance and refill the water tank. Another reason could be incorrect insertion of the tank in its seat; remove the tank and reinsert it, ensuring it's correctly positioned.

  If water leaks from the nozzle of your ARIETE Steam Cleaner, it may be due to condensation residue in the steam duct. Press the steam dispensing button until steam comes out, positioning a soft cloth to absorb any water. If the water leakage continues, turn off the appliance, wait at least 5 minutes for it to cool down, and then try again.

  If the light is off on your ARIETE Steam Cleaner, first check that the appliance is properly plugged in and that the power supply line has current. Try plugging the appliance into another socket-outlet. If the problem continues, contact an Authorised Service Centre.
