Thank you for choosing the system NIMBUS M Ariston.
This manual has been written with the intention to inform
you about how to install, use, and do the maintenance of
the system in order to allow you to use your NIMBUS M
system in the most performing way.
Keep this booklet for all possible necessary information
about the product after its fi rst installation.
If necessary, our Technical Service Center is at your dis-
posal.

Please refer also to the guarantee card that you found
inside the package or that your installer have delivered
to you.
CE Labelling
appliance complies with norms:
- 2014/30/EU - relating to Electromagnetic Compatibility
- 2014/35/EU - related to electrical safety (LVD)
- RoHS2 2011/65/EU related to the restriction of the use
of certain dangerous substances in electrical and elec-
tronic equipment (EN 50581)
- Regulation (EU) No. 813/2013 on ecodesign (no. 2014/C
207/02 - transitional methods of measurement and cal-
culation)
Warranty
Ariston is pleased to o er to you a warranty of 2 years
from the commissioning of your NIMBUS M system.
Please read carefully the information contained under the
paragraph « Warranty Limits» in order to know the rules
for the application of the guarantee. The commissioning of
your system NIMBUS M must be performed by an autho-
rized Technical Service Centre, which will provide to the
producer the compiled Certifi cate of Guarantee.
Please control that the transmission of the Certifi cate of
Guarantee by the Technical Assistance Centre has been
completed after the installation of the system.
Guarantee conditions
Ariston o ers you a warranty of 2 years (3 years on the
compressor of the outdoor unit) from the commissioning of
your system NIMBUS M. This warranty covers the replace-
ment of parts recognized as defective, with the exception
of damages occurred to the components during installa-
tion and commissioning.
This warranty is subject to the execution of a regular main-
tenance carried out by a qualifi ed technician, who will
inspect, clean and make appropriate adjustments on the
system at least once a year, as indicated by the Ministerial
Circular of 09.08.78.
The repair or replacement of components during the pe-
riod of validity of the warranty o ered by the manufacturer
do not result in a renewal of the warranty.
The warranty o ered by the manufacturer will not be
considered valid if the system is not rightly installed as well
as in cases where the malfunctioning of components is
due to an improper use of the system or to an inadequate
maintenance of the same.
The warranty is valid just if the installation and subsequent
maintenances were performed in a workmanlike manner,
in accordance with the rules in force and following the ins-
tructions on the Installation Manual and carried by a qua-
lifi ed technician.
The warranty o ered by the manufacturer does not cover
the following situations:
• Damages to the components due to not allowed modifi -
cations of the system, from inadequate or irregular water
pressure, from unusual quality features of the water (eg
limestone, dirt ...) or from the application of not allowed
supply voltages
• Installation and subsequent maintenance operations are
not carried out by a qualifi ed technician
