Mini360 2.0 Instructions:

Setting the Current Time

Note: If a button is NOT pressed within 4 seconds or less when setting your current time and events, the

time will revert to the previously displayed time.

1. To set the current time, press SET once, and the hour will flash. Press UP or DOWN to adjust to

the current hour and press set to confirm your choice. (If your screen is unresponsive, press and

hold the SET button for 20 seconds and try again after you hear it beep)

2. Press SET The minutes will now be flashing. Press UP or DOWN to adjust to the current minute.

Setting the Operating Hours

Now it’s time to set your event operating periods. The diffuser you have allows up to five individual

event operating periods so you can scent at various times on different days of the week. We

recommended from 4-6 hours per day since this Mini with Wi-Fi has a 5,000-6,000 hour motor life.

To set the start time of an operating period:

1. Press MODE. EVENT 1 ON will appear. This represents the ON time for the first working period.

Set time as instructed above – press SET and the hour will flash. Press UP or DOWN to adjust.

Then press SET again for the minutes to flash, press UP or DOWN to adjust the minutes.

Example – 07:30 = 7:30am / 19:30 = 7:30pm

To set the operating days:

1. Press SET for a 3

time (during the ON session), then tap the DOWN button to each day of the

week. The day of the week will begin to flash while going through each day of the week you

desire to have the settings adjust to.

2. While going through each day of the week, you will then press the UP button to select whether

you wish to have that day of the week off for this event (press UP again to add it).

Example: if you wish to have Mon – Fri for EVENT 1; you will go through each day of the week to

be sure a box symbol is displayed through only those days. To Remove the symbol, select the day

of the week you wish to remove and then press the UP button again to make the symbol

disappear (deactivate) on that day.

To set the end time of the operating period:

1. Press MODE. EVENT 1 OFF will appear. This represents the Off Time for the first operating

period. Press UP or DOWN to adjust the hour, press SET to confirm.

Ensure there are no conflicting settings.

The Aroma360 Mini360 2.0 is a smart diffuser designed to scent spaces with customizable operating periods and intensity levels, controllable both manually and via a dedicated mobile application. It offers flexibility in scenting schedules and allows for connection to multiple units.

Function Description

The Mini360 2.0 serves as an aroma diffuser, dispersing essential oils into the air. Its core function is to provide programmable scenting, allowing users to define specific times and days for operation, as well as the intensity of the scent. The device supports up to five individual event operating periods, enabling complex and varied scenting schedules throughout the week. It can be controlled directly through its physical buttons for basic time and schedule adjustments, or more comprehensively via the ScentArea mobile app, which offers two connection modes: AP Mode and Wi-Fi Mode.

Motor Life: The Mini360 2.0 with Wi-Fi boasts a motor life of 5,000-6,000 hours, indicating a durable and long-lasting operational capacity.

Usage Features

Setting Current Time:
- Press SET once: Hour flashes. Use UP/DOWN to adjust, then SET to confirm.
- Press SET again: Minutes flash. Use UP/DOWN to adjust, then SET to confirm.
- Press SET a third time: Day of the week flashes. Use UP/DOWN to adjust, then SET a fourth time to save.
- Note: If no button is pressed for 4 seconds, the time reverts to the previously displayed time. If the screen is unresponsive, press and hold SET for 20 seconds until a beep, then try again.
Setting Operating Hours (Manual):
- Start Time (ON): Press MODE. "EVENT 1 ON" appears. Press SET, hour flashes. Use UP/DOWN to adjust, then SET. Minutes flash. Use UP/DOWN to adjust, then SET. (Example: 07:30 for 7:30 AM, 19:30 for 7:30 PM).
- Operating Days: During the ON session, press SET a third time. Tap DOWN to cycle through days. The day will flash. Press UP to select/deselect a day (a box symbol indicates selection). Press UP again to remove the symbol (deactivate).
- End Time (OFF): Press MODE. "EVENT 1 OFF" appears. Use UP/DOWN to adjust the hour, then SET to confirm.
- Important: The unit cannot be set to run past midnight in a single event. Schedules crossing midnight must be split into two separate events (e.g., Event 1 ON 22:00, OFF 23:59; Event 2 ON 00:01, OFF 04:00).
Adjusting Scent Intensity (Manual):
- After adjusting Event 1 On & Off times, press MODE a third time. "SCENT WORK" will appear. This is where WORK and PAUSE times are set. Refer to the provided chart for recommended settings based on bottle size and desired percentage.
ScentArea App Control (AP Mode):
- Download the ScentArea app and ensure location and local network access are allowed.
- Select "AP mode" in the app.
- Press and hold the UP button on the diffuser until it beeps/clicks 5 times, then release.
- Go to phone's Wi-Fi settings, connect to the network starting with "M50_AliOs" using password "12345678". Accept staying connected without internet if prompted.
- Return to the ScentArea app and select "AP Mode" again.
- The app will display options: "Running state" (on/off), "Fan" (leave on), "Device Lock" (locks buttons), and "Working Mode" (for programming).
- In "Working Mode," select an "Event" (e.g., Mode1).
- Program days (highlighted green/teal means active), start/stop times (24hr format, e.g., 12:00-15:15 for 12 PM-3:15 PM), and running/pause times (5-300 seconds, 15s minimum recommended).
- Save settings by pressing the checkmark above "SUN".
ScentArea App Control (Wi-Fi Mode):
- Ensure the app is downloaded and permissions are granted.
- Select "Wifi mode" in the app and register/log in with a phone number (SMS code verification, remember to change country code). Create a password (min 6 characters, letters and numbers).
- Select "Add Equipment".
- Connect to your home/work Wi-Fi and enter its password.
- Press and HOLD the MODE button on the diffuser until it beeps 4 times, then release.
- Press "START CONFIGURATION" in the app. (May need to repeat if password was incorrect or mode button wasn't pressed in time).
- After successful connection (approx. 1 minute), go back to the "Scan or Add Equipment" screen. "Device01" should appear; click it.
- The app will display the same options as AP Mode: "Running state," "Fan," "Device Lock," and "Working Mode."
- Programming steps for events, times, and intensity are identical to AP Mode.
- Multiple diffusers can be added by repeating steps 7-14.

Maintenance Features

Resetting to Factory Settings: If settings are incorrect or for troubleshooting, press and hold MODE down for 10 seconds until it beeps 4 times, then release. Factory settings are Monday-Sunday, 8 AM-10 PM (22:00), WORK 005, PAUSE 160.
Unlocking/Locking Touch Display: If the unit is unresponsive, press and hold SET for 10 seconds until it beeps once, then release to unlock. To lock, press and hold SET again. Unplugging and replugging the power cord may be necessary before pressing and holding SET.
Fan Setting: The manual explicitly states "Fan: do NOT switch off, always leave on," indicating that the fan is an integral part of the diffuser's operation and should not be disabled.
Conflicting Settings: Users are advised to "Ensure there are no conflicting settings" when programming, which is a general maintenance tip to prevent operational issues.
