This may be for the following reasons:
• Your unit needs to be cleaned. To clean your diffuser replace the oil with diffuser
cleaner and run on its highest setting for 15 min.
• You’ve run out of oil. Refill the oil vessel.
• The oil vessel is not sealed. Make sure the oil vessel is screwed in firmly.
This is normal and will have no effect on diffusion. The nebulizer will aerate the oil in the vessel
which might cause it to appear cloudy.
To remove smudges use dishwashing soap with water on a microfibre or soft cloth to wipe
clean.
The oil in my diffuser looks cloudy.
