ARRIS FPV250 Assembling User Manual
Thank you for purchasing ARRIS FPV250 FPV Racing Quad copter. Here is a simple
assembling manual to assemble it.
Before we start, please prepare the following tools:
1.5mm screw driver x 1
2.0mm screw driver x 1
3.0mm sleeve x 1
Scissors x 1
Tweezers x 1
Thread Lock

Installation of the Frame

FPV250 Frame Plates Overview

Displays all the carbon fiber plates that constitute the ARRIS FPV250 frame.

Assemble Vibration Damper Plate

Attaches damper balls to the vibration damper plate and then to the battery plate.

Mounting FPV250 Frame Arms

Secures the four arms to the main frame using M3 x 12 screws.

Install Red Aluminum Columns

Adds red aluminum columns onto the screws already attached to the frame arms.

Install ARRIS FPV250 Lower Plate

Attaches the landing skids to the frame using M3 x 6 screws and nuts or rubber components.

Install Center Frame Aluminum Columns

Attaches the camera fixed plate to the front part of the frame.

Install ARRIS FPV250 Upper Plate

Secures the upper plate to the frame using M3 x 6 screws with thread lock.

Installation of Electronic Equipments

Install FPV Camera

Mounts the FPV camera using M2.5 x 12 nylon screws or cable ties, avoiding metal screws.

Install Brushless Motors

Attaches ARRIS MT1806 2300KV motors to the frame arms using M2 x 4 screws.

Solder Motors to ESCs

Connects motor wires to ESCs, involving wire trimming, soldering, and heat shrink tubing.

Mount Motors to Frame

Secures the motors (with attached ESCs) to the frame arms using M2 x 6 screws and thread lock.

Connect ESC and Power Wires

Routes ESC wires through arms, connects JST plug for video TX and main power wires, and solders XT60 connector.

Install CC3D Flight Controller

Mounts the CC3D flight controller onto the lower plate using 3M double-side tape, ensuring it is level.
