Enable service (CMS): Enable server function of CMS, allows connection of registered devices
with CMS server.
Disable service (CMS):Terminal the function of CMS, new devices were allowed to register.
Establish connection between CMS host and voice logger device
Important 3 parameters for proper connection
7. CMS software host IP address or domain name
8. In case CMS host is assigned a virtual IP in LAN, user must enable port 6068 for CMS host.
9. Enable the CMS connection function on remote end voice logger device.
