Product presentation
The Ascom a51 is a robust Alarm Transmitter with an internal
antenna. It has two alarm buttons (Alarm and Soft-alarm), a
Pull-cord alarm, vibrator alert and a mute button.

Green steady:* Battery OK, all alarms active
Green slow flashing:* Battery OK, Man-down/No-movement/
Pull-cord alarm deactive.
Red fast flashing:* Low battery indication
Red steady: Fatal error
Orange flashing: Charging
*Press and hold the Mute button to see the status.
Basic operation
Note: Your Alarm Transmitter can have functions other than
described here, depending on the pre-programmed parameters.
Switch the Alarm Transmitter On/Off
Insert/remove the battery.
Identity
It is possible to identify the unit via a parameter programmed
on the SIM. The internal name label is possible to use for own
means of identification. See also “Replace the name label” in
the Service and Maintenance section.
Mute the beep/vibrator/LED signal
Press the Mute button.
