Ensure the Start/Stop button is pressed and held until the display flashes, the door is properly closed, the fuse/circuit breaker hasn't tripped, the plug is correctly inserted into the wall socket, and the water tap is turned on. Also, verify that the Delayed start option isn't active (press and hold Start/Stop for five seconds to cancel it). If a whirring sound is heard and doesn't stop, turn off the water tap, pull out the plug, and call the service department. Finally, check for overflow/leaks.
