  Several factors can cause this. The spray arms might not be rotating because they are blocked, so remove and clean them. Incorrect loading can obstruct cleaning; avoid covering dishes with large bowls or placing tall glasses in corners. Expired detergent, incorrect dosage (adjust based on water hardness), or selecting a weak wash program can also be culprits. Ensure dishes are placed securely, and the filter is correctly fitted.

  First, ensure the Start/Stop button is pressed and held until the display shows the door open symbol, indicating it's ready. Check that the door is properly closed and that a fuse/circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Also, verify the plug is correctly inserted into the wall socket, the water tap is on, and there are no overflow/leaks. If you hear a whirring sound from the drainage pump, turn off the water tap, pull out the plug, and call the service division.

  Check for a blocked or kinked drainage hose and ensure the cone-shaped part of the pipe is cut to the correct inner diameter. Also, inspect and clean the filters, making sure the filter is completely locked. Debris in the drainage pump can also cause this issue; clean the drainage pump.

  This could be due to an incorrect rinse aid dosage setting. Also, washing crystal at too high a temperature or using too much detergent can cause etching. In this case, wash crystal at a low temperature and with a conservative amount of detergent.
