Please reinsert and make
sure the AC of 100-240 is
Reinsert or check the
Adapter/Inverter section
X401 oscillate waveforms
are normal
Replace U101 or U102
Replace U401
Replace X401

Measure U101 PIN2= 3.3V
Measure U102 PIN2= 1.8V
