View and Save Device Information
You can view and save a file with detailed information about your mobile hotspot.
If AT&T Customer Care is troubleshooting an issue, they may ask you to save this
information and send it to them.
To view and save detailed information about your mobile hotspot:
1. On the Mobile Hotspot Homepage, click the About Your Mobile Hotspot icon
().
2. Click View Details.
3. Click Save to File and follow the on-screen instructions to save the file.
To close the window, click OK.
