If the AT&T Telephone System WebUI displays “Login to target device failed,” the software version of the device you are currently logged into is no longer compatible with the software version of other devices within the network. Log on to the WebUI as administrator using the IP address of the device that caused the problem.
What to do if AT&T Telephone System has a blank screen?
If your AT&T Telephone System has a blank screen or does not work, ensure the AC plug is plugged into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
