Call Status Icons
Icon Status Description Icon Status Description
Available Indicates an available line. Your
system administrator can replace
these icons with line names.
Ringing Indicates an incoming call.
Intercom Indicates an available Intercom
line for internal calls.
Silenced
Ring
Appears during an incoming call
when the ringer is off.
Off Hook Indicates you are dialing or are
on a call.
On Hold Indicates that a call
is on hold.
Conference Shows for all calls
on a conference.
