• Takeaminimumof12swings.Dothiswithouttakingastridein

swing.
• YourSwingThoughtislinedrive-down.Thismeansalevelswing,
hittingdownthroughtheballstraightattheineldgrassline.
• Setthespeedcontrolstothe‘FastFastball’positionandtakea
minimumof20swings,againwithouttakingastride.
• Repeatthissameroutineagainstthesliderandotherbreaking
ball pitches.
