Reassembly of engine crankshaft
Fit the crankshaft (1) in the crankcase (2) using ser-
vice tools S1, S2, S3 and S10.
Reassembly of crankshaft seal
Fit a new seal (1) in the crankcase using service
tools S1, S2, S3 and S5.
Note: Check the direction of the seal.
Reassembly of hammer crankshaft
bearing
Fit a new bearing (1) in the crankcase using service
tools S1, S2, S3, S4, S8 and S11.
Reassembly of locking ring
Fit the locking ring (1).
Check carefully that the locking ring is correctly
seated in the groove.
