Charge battery before using this tool. Follow instructions included with battery charger ( sold separately).

1. To install: Slide Battery Pack into slot on back
of String Trimmer until it clicks into place.
2. To remove: Press Battery Pack Release
Button and pull Battery Pack out of slot.

P&$*- Trimmer features a bump feed mechanism
to adjust line length after repeated use.
1. Adjust length of cutting line by bumping Head
against the ground during operation.
2. The line will lengthen slightly the next
time the trimmer is used. Excess line will
be cut off by the blade in the guard.

1. Remove Battery Pack.
2. Remove screws from cut-off blade under guard.
3. Turn cut-off blade 180°.
4. Tighten blade screws to secure.

1. Install fully-charged Battery Pack.

avoid contact with fences, trees, shrubs and the like.
2. Holding Trimmer with both hands, press
Trigger Lock, then press Trigger.
3. WL%PLJ%N6HJ%JNOQQ6N%LP%UNLSPW1
4. Do not force the Trimmer. Use the
tip of the Line to do the cutting.
5. Release Trigger when done.
6. When finished, to prevent accidents:
• Remove battery pack.
• Wipe external surfaces of the appliance
with clean cloth. Store in an indoor
dry area out of reach of children.
