1.6 Persons authorised to perform installation, commissioning and maintenance
Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps may only be performed by persons certified and authorised in line with Act
73/2012 Coll. §10 Par. (1) and (2). This certification is issued by the Ministry of the Environment, which maintains and publishes
a remotely accessible list of certified persons by trade; see http://mzp.cz/dco
.
Connections to the mains power supply can only be carried out by persons familiar with CSN 332000-3 Art. 322.1-BA 5 (IEC
364-3 Art. 322.1-BA 5). (for Slovakia: in accordance with Decree 74/1996 / Decree 57/78 Coll.)
Persons authorised to carry out the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the units in line with the above regulations
must also be authorised to perform servicing by ATREA s.r.o.
1.7 Warnings
FS/FG series air conditioning units should be used only for the purposes they were manufactured for (sensors designed for
specific functions and locations). The maintenance and handling of their individual components is described in chapters 2. 6
and 7.
The owners of the units should avoid the following:
• Tampering with the unit’s wiring, connecting or otherwise tampering with the power lines. The cabling and connections will
be carried out by persons qualified to install and perform maintenance of these units (i.e. controls).
• Badly damage the units or expose them to conditions it is not designed for (by placing it away from designated areas,
changing the position of sensors etc.)
• Performing repairs and maintenance in the scope other than that defined in chapter 8.
• Conducting mechanical work on the control system (e.g. inspection / replacement of sensors) when the power supply is on.
The unit must always be disconnected from the power supply and reconnected only after maintenance / installation work is
finished.
• Tampering with the refrigerant circuit.
2. Scope of delivery, accessories, transportation and storage
2.1 Storage and transportation
• The unit must be stored only in dry and clean areas at ambient temperatures between 0 °C and 50 °C. The unit must be
stored in such a way so as to ensure that the unit or its packaging are not damaged.
• During storage the unit must be kept in its original and intact packaging.
• The transport packaging can only be removed at the time of installation on site. Before installation it is necessary to check
the floor where the unit is to be installed for cleanliness and inspect the refrigerant manifold for cleanliness and good
condition. Clean as necessary.
• During transportation the unit must be protected against any falls, mechanical damage, water leaking in and any other
adverse conditions that might lead to damage to the unit or its packaging.
2.2 Scope of delivery of FS/FG units
The delivery package of FS/FG units in their basic configuration contains only the actual unit including all fittings – the duct
section, the power section and the amount of refrigerant as specified in chapter Technical parameters.
2.3 Recommended accessories
Recommended accessories include mainly connecting refrigerant lines, mounting brackets (for wall or floor mounting) and a
communication module for controlling the unit using a master system.
