To open the trunk using the Hands-free Trunk Release feature:
1. You must be carrying your vehicle key (e.g., in your pocket, hand,
purse, etc.).
2. The ignition must be o.
3. Be sure that you have firm footing, then move your foot in a straight
forward and backward motion under the center rear of the bumper.
• Do not touch the bumper.
• Once the system recognizes the movement, the trunk will open.
*Hands free trunk release feature is available with Optional Convenience package.
