Troubleshooting
Solution
• Make sure the indicator
is
on. Charge the battery if the
indicator does not light when the power/ANC switch
is
on.
• Adjust headphones' position. Headphones may
be
incorrectly positioned
on
ears.
• Ambient noise may be out of synchronization with noise-
cancelling frequency.
• Connecting
to
some devices such
as
portable audio players
equipped
with
a digital amplifier
can
cause noise.
• Using the product
in
a car, bus, etc. may cause noise
depending
on
the road condition.
• Adjust headphones' position. Headphones may
be
incorrectly positioned
on
ears.
• Do not touch the opening part
in
the housing. Touching or
covering the opening part
can
cause howling sound.
• Turn down the volume of audio/video equipment.
• Charge the product.
• The product may pick up noise from mobile phones or
equipment related to computers nearby. Keep the noise-
causing equipment away from the product.
• Securely connect the included
USB
charging cable
and
charge.
