2) Remove the 2 screws (41) from the cover cap (42).
3) Remove the cover cap (42) from the lid (8).
4) Unscrew the UV-c plug (N1).
5) Turn the UV-c cap (43) counterclockwise until the arrow of the cap
points to the open slot (Fig.13).
6) Remove the UV-c cap (43) straight out of the quartz glass (6), pay
attention to the seal (44) lying on top in the edge of the quartz glass (6).
7) Remove the UV-c lamp (4) from the lamp holder in the UV-c cap (43).
Replace the UV-c lamp (4) for a new lamp, hold the new UV-C lamp with
a clean cloth.
Pay attention to the type of UV-C lamp as indicated on the lamp or type
plate. An incorrect UV-C lamp will fail and can also damage other
components of the pressure filter. Place the old UV-c lamp with your
chemical waste.
8) Place the UV-c cap (43) with UV-c lamp (4) carefully, straight back into
the quartz glass (6), paying attention to the seal (44) that is at the top
of the edge of the quartz glass (6).
9) Position the UV-c cap (43) with the arrow of the cap at the open lock and
turn it clockwise until the arrow of the cap points to the closed lock
(Fig.13).
10) Screw the UV-c plug (N1) back together securely.
11) Place the cover cap (42) on the cover (8).
12) Tighten the 2 screws (41) of the cover cap (42) again.
13) Put the pump into operation by plugging in the mains plug. When doing
so, observe the pump's instructions.
14) When there is no leakage, the pressure filter can be put into operation,
by plugging the mains plug into the socket.
Replacing quartz glass:
(figure 5, 13, 15-19, page 4, 9 to 13):
Please observe the safety instructions.
CAUTION: UV-C light is harmful to skin and eyes. Always turn off the UV-C lamp
before starting any work.
Ensure that no water can flow out of the pond or elsewhere or siphon back
through the pressure filter. Damage cannot be excluded.
1) Switch off the pump and the pressure filter by unplugging them from the
mains.
2) If taps are installed in the pipes close them.
3) Remove the 2 screws (41) from the cover cap (42).
4) Remove the cover cap (42) from the cover (8).
5) Unscrew the UV-c plug (N1).
6) Turn the UV-c cap (43) counterclockwise until the arrow of the cap
points to the open slot (Fig.13).
7) Remove the UV-c cap (43) straight out of the quartz glass (6), pay
attention to the seal (44) that is on top in the edge of the quartz glass
(6) and the UV-c lamp (breakable).
8) Remove the four screws(45) from the quartz glass (6).
