9) Carefully take the quartz glass (6) straight out of the lid (8), paying
attention to the seals (5 and 44).
10) Before replacing the new quartz glass, we recommend sucking a little
water out of the pressure filter using a pond suction device or siphoning.
This prevents water from flowing out of the pressure filter when the new
quarter glass is fitted.
11) Replace the quartz glass (6) and the seals (5 and 44), making sure the
seals (5 and 44) are in the right place.
12) Place the new quartz glass (6) with the seals (5 and 44) carefully,
straight back into the cover (8).
Make sure the recess in the plastic part of the quartz glass (6) is in the
right place (Fig.14).
13) Screw the four screws(45) back into the quartz glass (6).
14) Dry everything thoroughly if water has leaked onto the cover (8).
15) Place the UV-c cover (43) with UV-c lamp (4) carefully, straight back into
the quartz glass (6), paying attention to the seal (44) that is at the top
of the edge of the quartz glass (6).
16) Position the UV-c cap (43) with the arrow of the cap at the open lock and
turn it clockwise until the arrow of the cap points to the closed lock
(Fig.13).
17) Screw the UV-c plug (N1) back together securely.
18) Place the cover cap (42) on the cover (8).
19) Tighten the 2 screws (41) of the cover (42) again.
20) Put the pump into operation by plugging in the mains plug. Observe the
instructions of the pump.
21) If there is no leakage, the pressure filter can be put into operation by
plugging in the mains plug.
