a suitable coin or other tool (not included). Insert a new
battery (3 V, type CR2032). The marking "+" must point
upwards. Put the battery compartment cover back in place
and turn to close it.
Note: Stored data will be lost if the battery is changed
without connecting the power supply.
Cleaning instructions
Incorrect cleaning can damage the device. Do not
immerse the device in water or other liquids. Do not use
aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon
bristles or sharp or metallic cleaning objects such as
knives, hard spatulas etc. These can damage the surface.
Clean the device with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth like the
ones used for cleaning spectacles.
Storage
If the device will not be used for a longer period of time,
remove the batteries and store the device, cleaned and
protected from sunlight, in a dry, cool place, ideally in the
original packaging.
