Why is my auronic AU3229 not working?

If your Auronic Dehumidifier isn't working, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the plug is correctly plugged in. Then, check if the collection tray is full and empty it if necessary. Also, make sure the collection tray is correctly placed in the product. Ensure that the air vents are not blocked and there is enough space around the product. If none of these solve the issue, it could be due to the product defrosting, which is normal, or the room temperature being too low (below 5°C), or the humidity being too low (below 60% in automatic mode). Finally, ensure that the product is in dehumidifying mode by touching the position knob repeatedly. Clean the air vents regularly.
