Autocomretainstheexclusiverighttorepairorreplace(withanewornewly-refurbishedreplacementProduct)thedeviceorsoftwareor
givearefundofthepurchasepriceatitssolediscretion.SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY
BREACH OF WARRANTY.
