Notes: This error occurs normally when a motor is not functioning or disconnected or it’s sensors /
encoders are not functioning and will occur at the beginning of the fetch cycle (see diagram above) . The
administrator should check the connections first. Everything appears normal; the next step would be to
begin changing the components with a functioning platter to identify the problem part.
