The AUTOOL X50 PRO is a car OBD multi-function meter designed to provide real-time vehicle data and diagnostic capabilities. It's a smart and powerful auto meter, particularly useful for vehicles that lack a speedometer, engine temperature gauge, oil thermometer, boost gauge, or fuel consumption meter. The device is designed for easy "plug and play" installation via the OBD port, eliminating the need for wire cutting.

Function Description:

The AUTOOL X50 PRO monitors and displays various vehicle parameters, including battery voltage, engine charging voltages, and fuel consumption. It can also read real-time data streams, scan, and clear trouble codes.

Usage Features:

Product Installation:
- The device is inserted into the vehicle's OBD computer check port after the engine starts and the vehicle self-test is completed (approximately 30 seconds).
- The host will emit a "drip" sound upon successful connection, display the vehicle protocol, and then prompt for initial parameter setting.
- It adheres to the International universal OBD plug protocol stipulated by SAE.
- For optimal adhesion, the vehicle dashboard should be clean and free of wax. Heating the instrument panel with hot air during installation can improve the adhesive effect.
Display Interface Switch: Pressing the "↑" or "↓" buttons switches between different display working interfaces.
Instrument Content Configuration: From the display interface, press "OK" to enter the system menu, then select "display setting" to configure instrument types. Use "↓" or "↑" to edit and "OK" to confirm.
Sound Alert Value Setting: Allows users to set alert values for parameters like engine RPM, speed, battery voltage, coolant temperature, oil temperature, and intake air pressure.
Parameter Calibration:

Brightness Control:

- In manual mode, brightness values for day and night are controlled independently.
- Pressing the "C" button on the meter display interface adjusts the brightness level in the current mode.
Oil Consumption Data: Calculated based on air flow or turbine/inlet pressure data. If the vehicle lacks these parameters, exact fuel consumption cannot be displayed.
Sleep Mode Settings:
- For vehicles whose ECU doesn't automatically shut down with data communication, the "Speed value I fluctuate sleep" function can force the product into off-screen mode and hibernation.
- For vehicles with start-stop functions, the "Automatically close the screen when starting and stopping" function (found in "other settings" menu) must be turned off to ensure the product works during start-up and shutdown.
PID Read Cycle: The user can adjust the PDI read time to optimize data display speed, as single ECU data information delay varies across models.
Manual Wake-up Function: If the product is in hibernation, pressing any of the 4 function keys will wake it up. If no button is pressed after waking, it will re-enter sleep mode after 1 minute. This function is also used to clear fault codes during engine operation (vehicle key must be ON).

- For products received more than 90 days ago, the customer bears the freight cost, and AUTOOL provides the accessory for free replacement.
