  If the pads of your Auvon Massager don't stick to the skin, it could be due to several reasons. First, make sure to peel off the transparent film on the adhesive surface of the pads. If you've just washed the pad, dry it before applying. If the gel is damaged or the pads are deteriorated, replace them. Also, ensure the pads are moist and make good contact with your skin. Contact the vendor for replacements of deteriorated pads.

Why does my skin turn red using Auvon Massager?

  If the skin turns red or feels irritated after using the Auvon Massager, it could be due to a few reasons. The gel on the pads might be dry or contaminated; try moistening it with a few drops of water or cleaning it under running water for a few seconds. You might be using the massager for too long or at too high an intensity; reduce the application time or decrease the intensity. Also, the electrode pad surface could be worn out, so consider replacing it. Ensure that the lead wires are connected correctly: the side with 1 connector should be for the device port, and the side with 2 connectors should be for the electrode pads.
