Why can't I feel the intensity on my Auvon TU2124-A?

Why does one Auvon TU2124-A Fitness Equipment pad feel stronger?

  It's normal for one pad to feel stronger than the other with Auvon Fitness Equipment, as different areas of your body react differently. Ensure the pads are moist and making good contact. If the adhesive is dirty or dry, gently wash the surface of the pads with your fingertips under slow running water for about 3 seconds. Also, the therapy time may be too long, or the intensity may be set too high; try reducing both.
