  • Interior Lighting: Equipped with top and side internal lights that can be set to blue or white. There are four light settings: Constant Blue, Constant White, Automatic Blue, and Automatic White. In Constant Mode, lights stay on whether the door is open or closed. In Automatic Mode, lights illuminate when the door is opened and fade off when closed, triggered by a sensor on the front vent. The lights can be turned completely off or on by holding the light button for three seconds.

  • First Time Operating Instructions: Before first use, all packaging materials must be removed. The unit should stand upright for at least 24 hours to allow cooling components to settle.

Maintenance Features:

  • Carbon Filter Replacement: The carbon filter should be replaced every 3-6 months, or every three months if the unit is in a kitchen, to maintain its effectiveness against odors.
  • Interior Cleaning: Requires disconnecting power, removing contents and shelves, allowing the unit to defrost, and wiping down the interior with a clean cloth.
  • Exterior Cleaning: The door and cabinet can be cleaned with a mild detergent and lukewarm water solution (e.g., two tablespoons of baking soda to one quart of water). A soft sponge should be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and wiping with a soft towel to prevent water spotting. For stainless steel panels, a mild detergent and warm water solution are recommended; abrasive or caustic cleaning agents should be avoided.
  • Storage Preparation: If the unit will not be used for a long time or moved, it should be defrosted, dried, and the door left open to prevent mold and unpleasant smells. For safety, if children are present, the door should be removed to prevent trapping.
  • Troubleshooting Guide: The manual includes a section to help users diagnose and solve common issues such as frequent on/off cycling, failure to turn on, inability to reach desired temperature, strange noises, electrification, frost formation, and door closure problems.
  • Warranty: The product comes with a One Year Parts and Labor warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship, with transportation costs covered for the first 90 days. A Five Year Limited Warranty (Compressor- Labor Not Included) covers compressor replacement from the second to fifth year, with the consumer responsible for labor and transportation costs. The warranty applies to the original purchaser for residential use in the United States. Commercial or rental use has a 90-day labor and parts warranty.
