• Apply sealant to the shift selector
assembly when installing.
• Speed selection is made by align
ing the pointer of the shift handle to
the required action.
i.e. Whisk for eggs & cream etc,
Paddle for batter
Hook for dough
Important: Stop the mixer
before changing speed.
