TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Solution
Radio does not turn on
Check whether the B + and ACC wire is receiving
voltage
Press and hold the volume knob
No CD fits in the radio
Remove the safety screws on the housing
Button lighting does not work
Switch on the lighting of your car via the dashboard
Check if the ILL (orange) wire is receiving voltage
Subwoofer does not work
Turn on AMP or Loudness via the equalizer
Sound does not work
Contact us by mail
Steering wheel control does not work
Try to learn the steering wheel via Car Settings> SWC
Contact us by mail
Time is displayed incorrectly
Automatically turn off time via GPS
Automatically turn off time via Network
Set the time zone correctly
FM antenna reception is poor
Try an antenna amplifier with a 12V connection
WIFI does not work
Check if the WIFI antenna is connected
