Creating a Gateway Using a VPC Endpoint

When Storage Gateway is communicating through the VPC endpoint, it communicates with the AWS
services through multiple ports on the Storage Gateway VPC endpoint and port 443 on the S3 private
endpoint.
• TCP ports on Storage Gateway VPC endpoint.
• 443, 1026, 1027, 1028, 1031, and 2222
• TCP port on S3 private endpoint
• 443
