What to do if Axis Security Camera cannot be accessed from a browser?

If you cannot access your Axis Security Camera from a browser, here are a few things to check: * If the IP address has been changed by DHCP, move the camera to an isolated network or one without a DHCP or BOOTP server and reset the IP address using AXIS IP Utility or ARP/Ping commands. Alternatively, disable DHCP in the TCP/IP settings. * If you are using a proxy server, try disabling the proxy settings in your browser. * Test the network cable and connectors by connecting them to another network device and pinging that device from your workstation. * If you cannot log in and HTTPS is enabled, ensure you are using the correct protocol (HTTP or HTTPS) in your browser's address bar. * Check that the host name and DNS server settings are correct.
