wallmount.ThePoEsupportwillreducetheneedforseparatepower
cablesandpowersuppliestodooraccessories.TheunitisttedwithDIN
clipsforeasymountinginaseparatecabinet.
Automaticunitdiscoveryandcongurationwizard
Whenthehardwareinstallationatthedoorisreadyandtheunitiscon-
nectedtothenetwork,itcanautomaticallybediscoveredfromacon-
nectedcomputer.ThecongurationwizardinAXISEntryManagerhelps
userstocompletetheinstallationandverifythattheadditionalequip-
mentisconnectedproperly.Thewizardallowsforremoteverication
eliminatingtheneedforassistanceateachdoortoverifythatthesys-
temisworkingproperly.
Easytoaddcontrollerstothesystem
AXISEntryManagermakesiteasytoaddnewcontrollersasthesystem
grows.Usercredentialsandscheduleswillautomaticallybesharedwhen
anewunitisconnected.
Flexibleandscalablesystemconguration
AXISEntryManagermeetsthebasicneedsforefcientaccessmanage-
mentofentrancesanddoorsbetweendepartmentswithsupportforupto
33controllers.ThePoEsupportedcontrollerisplacedateachdoor.One
controllercouldsupporttwoadjacentdoorswithtwoconnectedread-
ers.Forsystemredundancythedoorcontrollerhassupportforexternal
poweraswellasUninterruptiblePowerSupply(UPS).Systemmanage-
mentismadefromanycomputerinthenetwork.
