Zipstream:Abitratereductiontechnology,optimizedforvideosurveillance,thatreducestheaveragebitrateinanH.264orH.265
streaminrealtime.AxisZipstreamappliesahighbitrateinsceneswheretherearemultipleregionsofinterest,forexamplein
sceneswithmovingobjects.Whenthesceneismorestatic,Zipstreamappliesalowerbitrate,andtherebyreducestherequired

Selectthedesiredlevelofbitratereduction:
•Off:Nobitratereduction.
•Low:Novisiblequalitydegradationinmostscenes.Thisisthedefaultoptionanditcanbeusedinalltypes
ofscenestoreducethebitrate.
•Medium:Visibleeffectsinsomescenesthroughlessnoiseandaslightlylowerlevelofdetailinregionsoflower
interest,forexamplewherethere’snomovement.
•High:Visibleeffectsinsomescenesthroughlessnoiseandalowerlevelofdetailinregionsoflowerinterest,

•High:UseifthevideomanagementclientsupportsCABACentropycoding,toachieveevenhighercompressionthan
withthemainprole.Itrequiresmoreprocessingpowertodecodecomparedtothemainprole.
