・Oil is accumulated in the fog (mist) selecting bowl.
It is a normal state that oil height is within 1cm from the bottom of the bowl. If oil height is over
1cm, screen element on return tube or condensing fitting is clogged. Disassemble and clean
them. Use oil as clean as possible to avoid clogging screen element or condensing fitting, or
leavings by oil purifying accumulate in a short period.

Note: All outputs of the programmable controller are turned off when malfunction happens
caused by electromagnetic noise. Error lamp of the programmable controller turns on at
