The function of this board is to control of the machine and of the peripherals that are connected.
Its principle technical characteristics are:
• Uses a microcontroller made by Motorola 5206e (32 bits) with 8 Kbytes of internal RAM
memory. Has two UART.
• Works at 29,492 MHz.
• The control board gets 5 Vdc but really uses 3.3 Vdc.
• The programme memory that the machine has is flash with capacity of 4 Mbit. The
access to its memory is in 16 bits.
• The RAM memory (data memory) is 512 Kbytes. The access is in
8 bits. Its memory is
used as a buffer for changing the programme in the memory flash.
• Memory eeprom I2C type 24C64 of 64 Kbit.
• Peripherals:
¾ All are installed to the rack.
¾ Devices MDB.
¾ Executive System
¾ Two serial lines RS-232 for the connection of peripherals of this type.
The software used is also new.
