The RAM memory updates the E2PROM memory each 10 product extractions
of product after showing on the Display the message <<Thank You>>. This
data dump can take up to 12 seconds; during this period, the machine will
continue to show the message <<Thank You >> and will no vend.
In the figure below the function of all its connectors is shown.
J2: not used
J3: connection to the Rack. Corresponds to
the data bus and addresses.
J4: UART 1 for re-programming of the
memory flash.
J5: UART 2 port of communication.
J6: connection protocol EXECUTIVE.
J7: connection protocol MDB.
15.5 Board for programming of the flash memory
It is used to transport programmes from the workshop to the machines installed in the field or
between machines. The principle technical characteristics of the board are:
¾ Flash memory with capacity of 4 Mbit (29LV400).
¾ Access to the memory is in 8 bits.
