3.3 FAULTS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
They are divided into two groups:
Ô Faults detected by the auto diagnosis system incorporated in the programme of the
machine.
Ô Faults not detected by this auto diagnosis system.
Faults detected by auto diagnosis
In this section, we will indicate the message that is shown the display, the possible cause that is
originating the fault and the defective element in order of probability. The cause comes from the
checks that the control board of the different peripherals does. They can be classified in two
types:
• TOTALS (The machine is in out of order), the display shows OUT OF ORDER.
• PARTIAL (The machine continues working without the faulty element), the display
does not show the fault.
To see the fault messages, enter in programming pressing the button «A» on the programming
handset.
Once a fault is repaired, you should reset the machine. To do this, enter and exit programming
pressing the button «A» and then button «C» twice.
Total Faults: machine is out of order
There are some faults that leave the machine out of order. The machine informs us with the
message OUT OF ORDER. Below are the details of the messages that are shown on the screen
when you enter the programming. There is also its meaning and the possible cause of the
problem.
