Why is the blade breaking so often on my Baileigh Industrial Saw?

  Excessive blade breakage can be caused by several factors: * **Incorrect Blade Tension**: Adjust the blade tension until it no longer slips on the wheel. * **Incorrect Speed or Feed**: Consult the machine chart or handbook for the correct settings. * **Material Not Secure**: Ensure the material is clamped securely in the vise. * **Blade Rubbing**: Adjust the wheel alignment if the blade is rubbing on the wheel flange.

What to do if the blade drive motor of my Baileigh Industrial Saw does not work?

  If the blade drive motor isn't working, here are a few things to check: * **Power Supply**: Ensure the saw is properly plugged in and that there is power at the outlet. Have an electrician inspect the breaker or fuses if necessary. * **E-Stop**: Make sure the E-stop button (SB1) isn't pushed in. Twist it to reset or replace the switch if needed. * **Stop Button**: Verify the stop button (SB2) is functioning correctly, as it is normally closed. Replace if necessary. * **Start Button**: Check the start button (SB3) to ensure it closes the contacts when pressed. Replace if damaged. * **Down Limit Switch**: See if the down limit switch (SQ1) is pushed in or stuck.
