Power ON Cycle (Time Duration: 5.5 sec)
• All LCD segments, icons & fuel gauge bars should be turned ON: Time – Complete power on cycle.
• Tachometer pointer indication should increase from 0 to 12,000 & return back to 0 within 5.5 sec.
• Dial, LCD and pointer illuminations should be turned ON : Time – Complete power on cycle.
• After the power on cycle, fuel gauge bars to be updated instantaneously as per the fuel input.
• All micro controller based tell tales should be ON during power on cycle : Time – Complete power on cycle
• Post power on cycle, all tell tales and LCD segments should follow respective inputs.
ODO Module :
• Type: 6 Digits & indicates 0 to 999999 km.
• Roll over Condition: Rolls over to zero & starts recounting after 9, 99,999km.
TRIP 1 & TRIP 2 :
• Indication :
- 0 to 999.9 Km
- Max value for display : 999.9 Km.
• Roll over condition: After completion of max value, speedometer should continue display max value and should not roll
over to Zero.
• Mode push button for selecting ODO / TRIP 1/ TRIP 2.
• Set push button for resetting ODO / TRIP 1/ TRIP 2.

Press MODE push button
for less than 2 sec
Mode changes from ODO / TRIP 1 /TRIP 2
Press SET push button for
more than 5 sec
Selected TRIP 1 / TRIP 2 will reset.
Other TRIP mode will continue updating.
Fuel Level indication:
• Type : Variable resistance TFR type with Digital bar graph indication.
• Number of bars/segments for indication: 8 bars.
• Indication: Letters 'E' at lower end indicate the Tank empty & 'F' at upper end indicates Tank full
conditions.
