Mirror fitment for Pulsar F250 during PDI :
• Apply limaplex(HTX 3) grease(Refer spare parts catalogue for part number) as
shown in photograph before mirror fitment on vehicle.
For Mirror fitment SOP, refer “Headlamp / Speedometer / Harness speedometer /
Flap speedometer / Structure speedometer / Windshield / Fairing structure
Replacement” SOP given in electrical section of Pulsar F250 Service station manual available on E-SSM
Leg Guard fitment during PDI
Washer to be fitted on LH Leg guard bottom mounting only.
Sequence seen from outer side:
Nut Leg guard Washer
Importance of washer :
To avoid leg guard fitment on vehicle in stressed condition, this washer is to
be fitted.
Torque value
Leg guard mounting Top bolt : 2 – 2.2 Kgf-m
Leg guard mounting bottom nut : 2 – 2.2 Kgf-m

Clutch cable routing while Leg guard Fitment
Route the clutch cable as shown in photograph. Clutch is to be routed
above leg guard.
